The expenditures are embodied in the Budget as -LRB- a -RRB- the sums required to meet the items of expenditure described by the Constitution as those charged on the Consolidated Fund of India ; and -LRB- b -RRB- the sums required to meet other expenditures proposed to be made from the Consolidated Fund of India . बजट में व्यय इस प्रकार सम्मिलित किए जाते हैं : ( क ) व्यय की ऐसी मदों की पूर्ति के लिए अपेक्षित राशियां जिन्हें संविधान में भारत की संचित निधि पर प्रभारित बताया गया है ; और ( ख ) अन्य व्यय की पूर्ति के लिए अपेक्षित राशियां जो भारत की संचित निधि से लिए जाने का प्रस्ताव है .
